1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use NairoDate. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently deleted without notice. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on NairoDate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in Kenya. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
3. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must not impersonate any person or use a false identity. NairoDate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. WhatsApp Contact Policy
The WhatsApp number you provide must be real, active, and belong to you. If 5 or more users report your WhatsApp number as non-functional, your account visibility may be restricted until you update your contact information. Providing a fake or non-working WhatsApp number is a violation of these terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other members
- Posting explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Scamming, fraud, or soliciting money from other members
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
- Sharing another member's personal information without consent
6. Subscription and Payments
Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. NairoDate offers subscription plans for enhanced access to profiles. All payments are processed securely via M-Pesa or cryptocurrency. Subscription plans and pricing may change without prior notice.
7. Privacy and Data
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your WhatsApp number is shared with other members only when they tap your profile. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
8. Profile Photos
You may only upload photos of yourself. Photos must not contain nudity, explicit content, or images of minors. NairoDate reserves the right to remove any photo that violates these guidelines without notice. All uploaded photos are converted and stored securely on our servers.
9. Account Termination
NairoDate reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or is reported multiple times by other members. Terminated accounts are not entitled to refunds.
10. Disclaimer
NairoDate is a platform that connects singles. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, relationship, or partner. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member on or off the platform. As much as we do our best to filter our members to have a better community, use your own judgment and stay safe when meeting people you have connected with online.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of NairoDate shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
